Cancellation & Refund Policy
We offer the option to exchange your product for a different size within 7 days of receiving it Please ensure that the garment is unused, is in the original packaging and has all the original tags.. Please note that items marked on SALE OR DESIGNATED AS ONE SIZE cannot be exchanged. Returns can only be accepted if the product is damaged. You will be given store credit
If you receive a damaged product, please email us a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once we authorise the product , we will be happy to provide a , exchange, or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Our team will verify all returns and will revert back to you within 48 hours . Unfortunately, we do not accept any international returns / exchanges at the moment.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We regret that we cannot accommodate cancellations after this time, except in extenuating circumstances. Any cancellation beyond 24 hours will be solely at the discretion of www.almashi.in. In the event of a cancelled order, a credit will be issued to your credit card or account.
